2010 FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD
November 2 – November 13, 2009
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) may prefund your anticipated, eligible medical services, medical supplies and dependent care expenses that are normally not covered by your

You can choose from two accounts: Medical Reimbursement FSA and Dependent Care Reimbursement FSA.
Two Ways to Enroll:
1. ONLINE through ESS instructions here.
OR
2. FILL OUT the FBMA enrollment form and submit to Vicky Giunta, Human Resources, no later than Nov. 13th!
